	Dearest Young One, When you need it, you don't feel it. When you feel it, you wonder about it. When you don't feel it, fake it...it really works. When you need more, create it...it IS within you. It comes and goes...sometimes many times in one day. It's always within you...learn how to use it. Although the 'reinforcement' sometimes occurs on the outside, the nurturing must come from the inside. When the nurturing 'rains' aren't available....improvise...use your imagination....believe in yourself....all ways.
	Dear little one: You are so special and unique. I see you! I will keep you safe....your feelings are absolutely ok to feel....you can cry and I will hold you. I will not only listen but hear what you have to say. Please remember that you are not only going to be ok you ARE ok....you are wonderful! with ever love! your older self
