There are many things in life that bring me serenity, these are just a few.... | |||||
|
My
favorite will have to be my Yogi Kitty.
When I am feeling scared and not too safe, I am
comforted by the
sound of my kitty purring while curled up next to me.
He provides unconditional love and support and does not
expect anything in return.
When
the stress of everyday life takes it toll, serenity
comes in the form of down time through making
crafts, playing yahtzee on the computer, or watching a
movie. Taking a walk outside in a park with lots of flowers and trees in the pathway or even a walk on the treadmill can be comforting. When I want to reflect on a situation that has occurred, sitting on my deck and enjoying my view is so peaceful. I am at peace with my thoughts and myself. |

Spending
time with my real friends bring serenity.
I am blessed to have such wonderful friends!
I love you all.

| Above anything in this world, my father was able to provide the most serenity in my life. He has passed on. However, in the last days before he died, he gave me a Big Peace Beanie Baby Bear. Along with Yogi, Peace provides me the most comfort. | ||||||
