wow. we actually did it.  again.

i can't quantify the gratitude to becky and stef, my two amazing accomplices in this issue. this was the first time we collaborated on next to everything, and they tirelessly tolerated my mood swings, stubbornness, and control-freak tendencies.

i have so much to learn.

we are so proud to give you, our readers, issue three of be real magazine. this dream just continues to grow like a well loved child and although we're on the inside, we are still surprised at the outcome.  you may notice we've had a bit of a makeover - we like to think of it as throwing off the dark colors of winter for a fresh, spring look.  let us know what you think of it - we love to hear from our readers.

collaborative accomplishments are truly the hallmark of happiness; that's really all there is to it.

we are also overwhelmed with gratitude to SARK for featuring our magazine in her latest book: Eat Mangoes Naked: Finding Pleasure Everywhere And Dancing With The Pits.  if you haven't read it yet, put down EVERYTHING you're reading and buy the book today!

so what do we have in store for you in issue three? brilliant, simply brilliant writing. we have three brand new contributors: jodi, lisa, and pamela. welcome and thank you! we also have the talented contributors you're coming to know: becky, juliette, cynthia, adrienne, kristin, kristin, scott, and stefanie.

here's a little hint about what's in store for you...
a walk into one woman's thoughts on creating beauty in her backyard, another's dreams and thoughts on birth, a testimony to how the universe is always supporting our progress, how to invite your inner child out to play, a journey into a woman's mind on her first sexual encounter, why life was much better when we were seven, and the rest you can discover on your own.

thank you again, dear readers, thank you for being a part of our life journeys!

all my best,
