Visualize This!

Meet Julie!

I want to complete and publish my book of visual poetry by the end of 2001. It will be called Being Real.

I want beautiful skin!   I want to love my reflection.  I want to see the beauty of my entire face every time I look in the mirror.

I want Be Real Inc! to be profitable and have 5-10 well paid employees by the end of 2001.  I want to create a place where people want to go to work with extra-ordinary benefits that nourish our creativity and souls. I want to create a new kind of company that encourages individual expression and gives time for outside interests with a 4 day work week!   I want to do yoga daily!  My body adores yoga but my bad habits let me forget the benefits of it.  I want my body to support me well into my nineties and I know I need yoga to accomplish this.  I want to become a certified instructor and teach yoga in schools to help children become centered and stay flexible.

I want to take 4 vacations every year!  I want two to be to places I've never been before and at least one of them to a brand new to me country!

I want an open, genuine relationship with my husband.  I want affection to be a part of our daily lives.

I want peace around food!    My life is filled with "don't wants" and "can't haves" around food.  These drag me down and fill me with guilt anytime I put something into my mouth.  I want to remove insecurity from my motivations to eat.  And the biggest want of all:  I want the money to create my dreams!  I want to create BE REAL INC!   I imagine the building on a beautiful piece of property in the San Francisco bay area for a unique attractive office for BE REAL.

Here are two fabulous books we've found on visualizing and creating your dreams:
