The Theme for Issue Two
Balance
A cold attacked me today. To me this means slow down; rest. I stayed home from work but I found myself rushing around doing leftover weekend tasks. It wasn't until I knocked over my favorite mug, broke its handle, and spilled tea over the floor that I realized resting was exactly what I wasn't doing.
I look for balance in my life but seldom let it in. Without balance between work, rest, and play, chaos erupts and I find myself in crisis cleaning up tea before it stains my furniture while trying to find tissues before I sneeze again.
Tell your story of balance - how you've found it; how you haven't found it; how you're striving for it; or something else. Tell us your story so all of us can learn.
